Anyone knows how to solve Q.4-p135, chap 6 ?

These are saying that we have been hearing in our classes almost every week.
But just talking about them and discussing them did not seem to be making any sense for me, from the students perspective. I thought they needed some hands-on experience.Then I was introduced to the powerful tool of wiki. I realized that this tool could actually be used in the class to practice all that we have been discussing in a very tacit way. Especially after the Individual Wiki assignment I even learnt the power of wiki was great. It was like using all the terms and “jargon” that we were studying into practice. Terms like Internalization, Tacit-Explicit Transfer, sharing of Knowledge, COP, Ethics, Culture, Whistle -Blowing, Process all were being demonstrated in this assignment.
Vision of KM
Thus I developed a Vision for the Knowledge Management Classes not only for 2008 but also for the following years to come. I wanted to come up with a KM system that would share and record all the leanings, not only for the current students but for students and faculty both to come. And as I have quoted in class— on many occasion!— that “if an employee has an accident and dies on the road all his knowledge—both tacit and explicit—-should had been part of the corporate memory so his loss does not lead to loss of Knowledge”
Strategy of KM
The strategy is like any KM strategy for any organization. The lecturer in collaboration with the students will form the “Governing Principles” of the Strategy. The lecturer again in collaboration with Melbourne and students will form the principles of different processes being followed. The main tool used will be the WIKI. As I know it now!

Dear Hoan,
It still doesn't work. Can't you give me your full syntax for ex ?
For resizing images, I tried the one in syntax page but i doesn't work for me too. So I try this one and it works perfectly :D
[[image A style="width:Bpx;height:height:Cpx"]]
A : your image's link
B : the width that you want for your image
C : the height that you want for your image
!!! Don't forget the px after values B&C

This syntax is right, it works for me. You can check at my site KM Structures. I just replace image's link like that

to km organizational structure pair . yes you are on the right track you can consider also looking into matrix structures, and netwroking structures to make your research even more rich and detailed

Hi, I do the task on "Adaptive technologies" on KM tools. It has constomization and personalization. Can I call those two are features of Adaptive technolgies? or types? Can anyone help me? I search on google, library and peer report of Complex Adaptive System, but I still don't have the answer.
